Jonathan Ross Mata faces a murder charge after fatally shooting Desmond Butler, an Amazon driver he mistook for his daughter's boyfriend. Police state Mata fired into Butler's vehicle at a Houston gas station, believing his daughter was inside. Mata allegedly fled the scene after realizing the error, but later turned himself in to the authorities.
