ZonPrep acquired Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio, two Amazon inbound software platforms the prep and fulfillment provider had been paying to use as a customer. Terms weren’t disclosed. Wizard-Industries has built Amazon inbound tools since 2015, handling shipment creation, FNSKU labeling, pack validation, and routing across FBA and AWD, while FNSKU Studio runs prep, labeling, inventory, and returns in the browser. Both products keep their names and stay open to existing customers, a base of sellers, prep centers, and 3PLs that puts the software behind more than 20 million units a month flowing into Amazon. ZonPrep opened a second McDonough, Georgia warehouse recently, taking its footprint to roughly 600,000 square feet and capacity past 1 million units a day.
