TikTok Shop UK auto-enrolls sellers in an ad program that advertises their unpromoted products and reinvests every sale in ads

TikTok Shop is automatically enrolling eligible UK sellers in GMV Max Net Sales Boost, an ad program that runs campaigns for any of their products not already being advertised and puts the money from each resulting sale back into more ads. TikTok picks the creative, targeting and bids, and sellers’ existing campaigns keep running separately. Sellers pay nothing extra for the first 30 days, when settings are locked while the system learns, but standard fees apply after that, and opting out early means contacting an account manager or filing a form that can need as long as seven working days to process. The same September update brought Subscribe & Save to UK sellers, who can now offer buyers recurring orders at a 5% to 20% discount.
