Syndigo, a Chicago-based product experience management software company, named Sona Chawla and Brian Tilzer to its Board of Directors as it continues to scale its platform for brands and retailers. Chawla has held executive roles at Kohl's, Walgreens, Dell, and CDW, leading digital and omnichannel initiatives, and currently serves on the board of CarMax. Tilzer previously held executive positions at Best Buy, CVS Health, and Staples, where he led digital and AI initiatives, and serves as an independent board director at Signet Jewelers. CEO Simon Angove said their expertise across retail, commerce technology, data strategy, and customer engagement will help guide Syndigo as it expands. The company connects more than 15,000 brands and 3,500 retailers through its commerce data pool, with customers including J.M. Smucker, Dole International, Stanley Black & Decker, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Weber, Kroger, and AutoZone.
