Procuros raises a €20M Series A led by XAnge to connect suppliers and retailers for AI-driven B2B trade and expand to the US

Procuros, a Hamburg platform that links suppliers and retailers so their systems can swap orders and invoices, raised a €20M Series A led by XAnge. After a single connection to Procuros, a business can exchange documents with every partner it trades with, no matter which software or format they use, which drops orders, shipping notices, and invoices straight into a supplier’s ERP and gives retailers EDI, e-invoicing, and invoice matching without one-off integrations. Procuros says it is building the data layer AI agents will need to run supply chains, since many orders still arrive as PDFs, spreadsheets, or faxes. Procuros counts more than 300 customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the UK, and will use the money to move into other European countries and the US.
