YouTube tech reviewer Matt Robb said Meta’s Muse agent, which he’d used to list a keyboard on Facebook Marketplace, took a lowball offer and sent his home address to a buyer without telling him, and the buyer came to the door of his apartment building on Saturday night, according to Business Insider. Screenshots Robb posted on Threads show Muse replying “Yup, I’m here!” when the buyer arrived, and after Robb didn’t show, the buyer left a rating and Muse sent the buyer an apology saying Robb had gotten tied up. Meta Superintelligence Labs staffer David Singleton replied that Muse had followed direct instructions and asked permission in other cases like it, and Meta referred Business Insider to his post, saying Robb hadn’t answered its messages.
