Meta outlines AI shopping agents and $135B spending plan

Meta plans to launch “agentic shopping tools” and new AI models in the coming months as it leverages user data to personalize commerce. CEO Mark Zuckerberg highlighted the rollout during an investor call where the company projected 2026 capital expenditures will rise to between $115 billion and $135 billion. The initiative aims to support its restructured Superintelligence Labs and integrate technology from its recent acquisition of Manus.
