Meta launched Muse for Small Business, a set of skills and connectors that turns its Muse personal AI agent, released in the US and Canada earlier this month, toward running a business. Owners can link Shopify, Stripe, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Canva, Slack, and other tools, along with their Facebook Pages, Instagram professional analytics, and Meta ad accounts, so Muse knows what the business sells and how its brand sounds before the first request. From there, owners can hand it goals like building a growth plan from a year of sales and campaigns, drafting next week’s ads, or flagging expenses that look wrong, though nothing gets published, sent, or paid for until they approve it. Most of Muse costs nothing, with paid subscription plans for owners who need more.
