Meta released a version of Edits, its CapCut-style video editing app, built for Apple’s foldable iPhone Duo, letting creators preview a clip and edit its timeline side by side while the layout adjusts around the screen’s crease. Creators can prop the half-folded phone up to film hands-free with the app’s teleprompter, or open Photos beside Edits and pull clips straight into a project. Meta also previewed an Edits app for desktop computers, which a small group of users is testing and which doesn’t have a release date yet.
