Klaviyo appointed Chano Fernández as co-CEO alongside co-founder Andrew Bialecki as the company pushes deeper into AI-driven customer experience tools. Fernández, a former executive at Workday, took over go-to-market, operations, and general administration, while Bialecki retains leadership of product, engineering, and long-term vision. The change comes as Klaviyo reports more than 180,000 customers and $3.8 billion in attributed revenue.
