Worldline and Klarna announced a framework agreement to improve access to Klarna's full suite of flexible payments across online and in-store points of sale serviced by Worldline, with Worldline integrating Klarna more deeply into its technology stack and acquiring transactions to simplify offering Klarna to merchants. The rollout will begin this year with integration into Worldline's Global Collect platform (used by international Travel and Digital e-commerce players), followed by activation across Worldline's enterprise and SMB e-commerce customers through the GoPay platform, with the final phase extending Klarna's full payment suite (including BNPL) to in-store POS terminals. The partnership pairs Klarna's 119M global active users and 3.4M transactions per day with Worldline's network of 1.2M customers and €4B in 2025 revenue, with Worldline positioning itself as Europe's largest card acquirer.
