JPMorgan Chase is winding down its relationship with Checkbook, a payments startup, to avoid regulatory risks associated with the fintech's customer base. The bank removed the company from its payments network and investment portfolio following the discovery of potential ledger reconciliation issues. Checkbook recently appointed joint CEOs after founder PJ Gupta moved to an executive chair role
