inDrive, a ride-hailing platform known for its bidding-based fares, expanded its business into advertising and grocery delivery to reduce reliance on ride commissions. The company rolled out in-app ads across its top 20 markets and launched grocery services in Pakistan through a partnership with dark-store operator Krave Mart. Executives stated the move was part of a broader strategy to build a super app that boosted user engagement in emerging markets.
