Gopuff teams up with xAI to launch Go, an AI shopping assistant that builds a predictive cart and delivers in as fast as 15 minutes

Gopuff, the instant-delivery platform, has launched Go, an AI shopping assistant built with Elon Musk's xAI that pairs the lab's frontier models with Gopuff's 13 years of order data and real-time signals from X. Go builds a suggested cart the moment a customer opens the app, learning their habits and tailoring it to time of day, location, and order history so returning shoppers can check out in a tap.

It also adds a TikTok-style shoppable feed that generates personalized, context-aware product scenes (wings and drinks on game day, hot chocolate on a snowy afternoon) and a Grok voice integration that lets customers ask for things like “snacks under 100 calories” and build a cart hands-free. Orders deliver in as fast as 15 minutes from Gopuff's 400-plus micro-fulfillment centers, and Go is live in the app now.
