Google Ads is renaming the AI Max view in its search terms report to “Search terms and ad combinations,” and the new version lists the headlines, descriptions, and landing pages that ran with each query. It also marks whether a match came from AI Max’s expanded matching or from landing page and URL inclusions, and whether the advertiser supplied the ad assets. The previous view was called “Search terms and landing pages from AI Max,” and advertisers had to piece together which ad copy ran for a query from separate reports. Google Ads specialist Natasha Kaurra spotted the expanded report in one account, and Google hasn’t announced when it will reach everyone.
