Google adds a Search Console feature letting creators see which search terms lead people to their social and YouTube content

Google is adding a Search Console feature called platform properties, rolling out over the coming weeks, that lets creators and publishers see which Google Search terms lead people to their Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube content. Creators can track clicks, impressions, and queries by post, view traffic trends and top performers, and see how audiences discover their accounts, even without running their own website. Google frames the feature as part of its push to make Search a hub for creators, following a June update that let big creators and publishers claim dedicated Search profiles linking to their other platforms.
