Flipkart and Meta launch an affiliate partnership letting creators tag and sell Flipkart and Myntra products in Facebook posts

by | Jun 9, 2026 | Latest E-commerce News & Updates

Flipkart Group is partnering with Meta to power creator-led commerce in India, letting creators tag products from Flipkart and its fashion platform Myntra directly in Facebook posts and Reels so shoppers can buy without leaving the discovery moment. Creators earn commission on sales their content drives, while brands get a route to reach audiences through influencer posts, with the integration launching on Facebook first and Instagram slated as the next phase. The move builds on Flipkart's earlier bets on creator infrastructure like Creatorhood and Affluencer, and targets a market where, per a Flipkart and Bain report, Gen Z makes up 40% to 45% of online shoppers and drives nearly half of incremental e-retail orders.
