World Labs, a spatial AI startup founded by Fei-Fei Li, is in discussions to raise approximately $500 million at a $5 billion valuation. The company develops “large world models” capable of generating 3D environments from text and images, including its debut tool Marble. Existing backers such as Andreessen Horowitz and Nvidia are expected to participate in the round, which follows a $230 million raise in 2024.
