Facebook launches Creator Fast Track program with guaranteed pay to poach creators from TikTok and YouTube

Facebook launched “Creator Fast Track,” a program offering creators with 100,000+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube guaranteed pay of $1,000 to $3,000 per month for three months, plus boosted reach on eligible Reels, to accelerate their transition to Facebook without building an audience from scratch. Eligible creators also get immediate access to Facebook's full suite of monetization tools, bypassing the platform's usual minimum follower requirements, with boosted reach continuing beyond the three-month window until Facebook determines the creator has established an audience. The launch comes as Facebook reported paying creators nearly $3B through its monetization programs in 2025, a 35% increase year-over-year and its highest annual total to date.
