Croissant, a Nashville-based fintech startup, secured $28 million in new funding to expand its resale ecosystem. The company is introducing a payment model that prepays retailers for future sales to drive circular commerce. CEO John Howard stated that the business gained significant traction after it emerged from stealth mode with a $24 million seed round in 2023.
