CapitalOS raised a $21.9 million Series A led by LGVP for infrastructure that lets B2B software companies offer their customers business credit cards, wallets, and bill pay without building the financial back end themselves. CapitalOS runs the underwriting, compliance, fraud monitoring, and support behind those products, and it also funds the card spending itself, so a platform doesn’t have to raise or set aside capital to offer credit. Its customers include short-term rental software maker Guesty, and the company says it has issued more than 25,000 cards across dozens of platforms.
