Bending Spoons, the Milan-based software company that buys up struggling subscription apps and runs them on a private-equity-style playbook, filed for a Nasdaq IPO seeking to raise as much as $1.62B alongside some of its backers. The company plans to market 58M shares at $26 to $28 each, which at the top of the range would value it at $17.8B, up from roughly $14.5B after a 2025 funding round. Known for acquiring Vimeo, WeTransfer, Evernote, and the AI photo app Remini, Bending Spoons swung to net income of $27.5M on revenue of $601M in the first quarter of 2026, reversing a $112M loss on $259M a year earlier. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Allen & Co. are leading the offering, which will trade under the symbol BSP.
