Amazon returns to the bond market to sell debt in up to 11 tranches ranging from two to 50 years. The longest portion of the deal matures in 2076 and features an initial price premium of 1.55 percentage points above Treasuries. HSBC, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan manage the bond offering. The debt sale adds to a broader borrowing spree among major technology companies, raising capital to fund artificial intelligence infrastructure.
