Shanghai-based robotics startup Agibot announced it has manufactured 10,000 humanoid robots, doubling its output in three months after reaching 5,000 units in December and illustrating how China's vast supply chain is enabling rapid scaling in the sector. A significant portion of the 10,000 units are already deployed in logistics, retail, hospitality, and education environments across China and in markets including Europe, North America, Japan, and the Middle East. The milestone underscores accelerating commercial momentum in Chinese humanoid robotics, with rival Unitree reporting it sold 3,551 humanoids in just the first nine months of 2025, up from 410 units for all of 2024.
