Adobe announced a partnership with Anthropic that will bring its Firefly AI agent to Claude, giving users the ability to conceptualize creative projects in Claude and execute them directly in Adobe Firefly without leaving the conversation. The Firefly agent is agentic, meaning it can perform tasks like batch photo editing, automatic lighting adjustments, and cropping with minimal human oversight, and will be released as a public beta later this month with the Claude connector details expected in the coming weeks. The partnership marks Claude's first major creative AI integration, expanding its capabilities beyond the coding and enterprise tools it is best known for.
