UPS sues Temu operator Whaleco for €37M over unpaid delivery bills

UPS sued Whaleco Technology, a Dublin-registered operator for the Chinese marketplace Temu, for more than €37 million in unpaid delivery fees. The logistics company alleged that the firm failed to pay for European small package transport services despite a discounted interim arrangement. Whaleco disputed the charges, attributing the issue to administrative errors and billing inconsistencies.
