SpaceX's recently released S-1 IPO filing disclosed that Anthropic agreed to pay $1.25B per month through May 2029 for access to SpaceX's AI training centers at Colossus I and Colossus II in Memphis, equating to $15B annually and nearly doubling the $18.7B in revenue SpaceX reported in all of 2025. The agreement includes a clause allowing either company to terminate the deal within 90 days of notice, with Elon Musk posting on X that SpaceX stands ready to offer similar deals to other AI companies. The disclosure comes as SpaceX has been spending heavily on AI since merging with xAI earlier this year, while Anthropic is reportedly cruising toward its first quarterly operating profit with sales revenue expected to reach at least $10.9B (more than double its $4.8B in revenue for the just-ended March quarter), per Reuters.
