Scapia, a Bengaluru-based travel fintech startup founded by Anil Goteti, raised $63M in a Series C funding round led by General Catalyst with participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners and Z47, coming just one year after the company raised $40M in a Series B round in April 2025. Over the past year, Scapia added BOBCARD as a co-branded credit card partner (after first issuing cards in partnership with Federal Bank), launched dual-network co-branded credit cards with RuPay and Visa, expanded its product suite with an AI platform for curated tours and activities globally, and built an in-house marketplace called Scapia Store. The company reported that flight bookings on the platform grew 5-6x and stays grew 8x compared to last year, with Tier-II and Tier-III cities in India driving a growing share of bookings and nearly 80-85% of spending on the platform driven by domestic travel.
