Route hires a new CFO and VP of Enterprise Revenue to accelerate growth following its acquisition of Frate Returns

Route, a post-purchase platform offering package protection, order tracking, and returns management for e-commerce brands, appointed Arman Panjwani as CFO and Alexandria Orr as VP of Enterprise Revenue. Panjwani previously served as Chief Strategy and Financial Officer at LawnStarter and led corporate finance and investor relations at Snap during its IPO, while Orr comes from enterprise sales roles at Shopify and Salesforce. The hires follow Route's recent acquisition of Frate Returns, which unified its package protection, tracking, and returns capabilities into a single platform, and a period of enterprise growth the company says includes partnerships with several major unnamed retail brands.
