Rep AI, an AI platform for e-commerce brands and online retailers, raised $6.2M in a round led by Silicon Road Ventures, with participation from Osage Venture Partners, Flashpoint Venture Capital, and Zendesk. The raise builds on the company's $8.2M Series A from August 2024, and the new capital will go toward accelerating product innovation, expanding market reach, and supporting enterprise growth. Co-founder and CEO Yoav Oz said the company is building “a unified AI operating system for e-commerce” that helps brands understand shopper behavior, improve conversion, and strengthen customer experiences across the full journey. The platform uses behavioral AI to act as a personalized sales concierge at scale, bridging the gap between site visits and completed purchases.
