Quince, an online retailer focused on factory-direct luxury essentials, is in talks to raise new funding at a valuation exceeding $10 billion. The potential deal would more than double the $4.5 billion valuation achieved during a $200 million funding round last summer. Quince hit a $2 billion annualized revenue run rate and continues to attract venture capital despite remaining unprofitable and adjusting to the recent elimination of the de minimis tax loophole.
