AppsFlyer, the ad measurement and attribution company, raised $1B from Moloco, Google, Meta, and Unity to accelerate AI-powered measurement, cross-platform attribution, and infrastructure for autonomous, agentic marketing workflows. Each investment is minority, non-controlling, and non-exclusive, with the company stressing that no backer gets preferential treatment on its APIs, measurement signals, or attribution logic, and that customers still control which partners they share data with. CEO Oren Kaniel framed the deal around keeping measurement independent and neutral as AI takes over more of how advertising gets bought and optimized, arguing the industry benefits from signals not shaped by any single market participant. The transaction combines shareholder liquidity with new strategic equity, may add more partners in later closings, and remains subject to regulatory approval.
