Minerva raises $20M and launches an AI marketing platform built with OpenAI to automate brand marketing workflows

Minerva has launched publicly with $20M in funding and a collaboration with OpenAI to bring AI agents to consumer marketing teams. The platform unifies a brand's fragmented first-party customer data, enriches it through a proprietary identity graph, and deploys agents that handle campaign creation, analysis, optimization, and reporting, with tools like an “Agentic Data Scientist” that lets marketers build predictive models from plain-language prompts using models such as GPT-5.5. Founded by alumni of Lazard, Bridgewater, and Citadel who worked with alternative datasets in trading, Minerva has signed more than three dozen customers including the NBA, and will use the funding to expand its team, build a self-service version, and move beyond its initial sports, hospitality, and financial-services focus.
