Meesho, the Bengaluru-based e-commerce marketplace, is acquiring Singapore-incorporated Kirana Club and its Indian subsidiary Retail Pulse Labs for ₹202.08 crore to deepen its reach among India's small kirana, or neighborhood grocery, retailers. Kirana Club builds software for grocery shopkeepers, while Retail Pulse Labs runs a B2B marketplace linking small retailers with consumer-goods brands and distributors across smaller cities and rural India, pushing Meesho deeper into merchant tooling beyond its consumer marketplace. The deal will close in three tranches by March 31, 2027, with Kirana Club becoming a wholly owned subsidiary, and it follows Meesho's recent public listing and intensifying competition from B2B players like Udaan and Jumbotail. Retail Pulse Labs more than tripled FY26 revenue to ₹15.84 crore from ₹4.92 crore, though both entities remain loss-making.
