Intuit puts QuickBooks and Mailchimp inside Perplexity Computer so US businesses can pay, invoice, and run campaigns

Intuit announced a partnership with Perplexity that puts QuickBooks and Mailchimp inside Perplexity Computer through MCP connectors, live now for US users. Businesses can follow up on overdue invoices, set up recurring ones, and send payment links without leaving Perplexity, as well as pull payslips and payroll employee records or check how a marketing campaign is performing. Users authenticate with an existing QuickBooks or Mailchimp account, and Intuit said its own security, compliance, and privacy controls then govern the data. Intuit CTO Alex Balazs said the point is to close the distance between getting an answer and acting on it.
