Huboo, a tech-enabled fulfilment provider, acquired Sorted Group, a delivery management and tracking technology platform, to create an integrated logistics solution spanning fulfilment, shipping, returns, and delivery analytics for brands and retailers. The combined group processes more than 100 million parcels annually, serves more than 400 brands and retailers, and will operate from sites in Bristol, Manchester, Eindhoven, and Madrid. Together the companies plan to use AI-driven optimization to improve carrier selection, streamline fulfilment-to-delivery handoffs, and give retailers deeper visibility into delivery and returns performance from a single platform.
