GrowthPal, a Singapore-based startup building an AI-powered M&A copilot, raised $2.6 million in a round led by Ideaspring Capital. The platform replaces traditional, relationship-driven deal origination with data-driven agents that identify “off-market” acquisition targets based on strategic intent and sector context. The company plans to use the capital to expand engineering teams across the U.S. and international markets.
