Graas, a Singapore retail AI company, raised $17M in a Series B led by LemmaTree, an investment firm Temasek founded, and acquired Trustana on undisclosed terms. Trustana automates the cleanup and structuring of product data, the layer that decides whether an item can be found, compared, and recommended correctly across channels, and Graas will fold it into the Commerce Knowledge Graph its agents run on. CEO Prem Bhatia said combining product, customer, and inventory records would let those agents sell through general trade as well as online, which matters in Southeast Asia because much of the region’s consumer goods volume still moves through small shops and distributors. Trustana brings David Jones, Chemist Warehouse, and Toys R Us to a list that already includes Unilever and Puma.
