Google has started opening some of its help center pages with a Gemini-generated summary and chatbot instead of the full support article, according to Ben Schoon at 9to5Google. The change covers Google Account and Chrome help so far, including the page on securing a hacked account, while Pixel help still shows regular articles. Direct links to the affected pages now load the AI version, and users who want the original instructions have to tap a “View Sources” button under the AI answer, which Google warns could be inaccurate. The main help hub has also replaced its list of topics with a chatbot that points people to the right page.
