Goldman Sachs is partnering with Anthropic to deploy AI agents for automating accounting and compliance functions. The bank is embedding engineers to co-develop tools based on the Claude model that handle trade reconciliation and client onboarding. Tech chief Marco Argenti stated the initiative is aiming to create “digital co-workers” to accelerate complex workflow processes.
