Everseen bought the Viztel portfolio from RadiusAI on undisclosed terms, stretching its retail vision AI past the checkout lane and into the rest of the store. Viztel runs on cameras a grocery, convenience, or pharmacy chain already owns, tracking how shoppers and goods move through a store, where people linger, how lines build, and when stock goes stale or a floor turns hazardous, all from anonymized footage with no facial recognition. Everseen's own products sit at the point of sale, catching mis-scans and theft, and the company says its technology runs on more than 150,000 checkouts across 10,000 stores for 11 of the 20 largest retailers in the world. RadiusAI founder and CEO Bobby Chowdary joins Everseen with the deal, and Viztel customers keep their contracts and service levels as they stand.
