Delta Air Lines hired Keri Paison, who built retail media networks for clients at Deloitte Digital, to run a new media network, according to Mitchell Parton at Adweek. A Delta spokesperson confirmed the airline is building out media capabilities and hiring for several roles, but wouldn’t say which ones. The network would draw on the more than 200 million travelers Delta carried in 2025 and on its SkyMiles program, which brought in $4.5 billion from loyalty-related marketing agreements in the first half of this year. Delta is following United, which launched Kinective Media in 2024 to sell ads across its app, seatback screens, and MileagePlus offers, and which started selling that ad tech to other airlines in 2025, beginning with JetBlue.
