commercetools hired Katy Hiller as chief marketing officer, putting her over all of the enterprise commerce platform’s global marketing, from brand and PR to demand generation. Hiller was most recently CMO at Unily, which makes AI tools for employee communications, and before that rose to CMO over seven years at Sonatype, which sells software supply chain tools. She joins as commercetools tries to sell enterprises on what it calls autonomous commerce, built around its Sphere platform and AI shopping agents.
