Capacity, a US fulfillment company that works mainly with beauty, fragrance and wellness brands, acquired a majority stake in Core Fulfilment, which runs e-commerce fulfillment out of Crewe, England. The deal lets US brands selling into the UK use Core’s warehouses and carrier contracts, and gives UK brands a route into the US, so a brand can work with one fulfillment partner in both countries. Core’s existing clients, who sell everything from personal care and household goods to fashion and pet supplies, will get Capacity’s warehouse software and engineering in return.
