Worldly, a sustainability and supply chain intelligence platform serving more than 40,000 companies across 97 countries, acquired UK-based Bendi Software Ltd. to expand its AI-powered supply chain mapping and supplier risk intelligence capabilities. Bendi's three products will be integrated into Worldly's platform over the coming months, expanding capabilities within Worldly Axion, Supplier Compliance Management, and adjacent products. Scott Raskin, CEO of Worldly, said in the announcement that “Worldly is building the largest network of primary supplier data in the consumer goods industry, and Bendi adds AI-powered discovery and risk intelligence for suppliers that brands haven't yet engaged with directly,” with the acquisition coinciding with a wave of regulation including the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive scheduled to take effect in July 2029.
