Wildberries & Russ (RWB) acquired Rive Gauche, one of Russia's largest cosmetics chains, securing full ownership of its operating entities Aromalux and UK PS Group. The takeover followed a strategic partnership that integrated Rive Gauche's 252 brick-and-mortar stores with the e-commerce giant's platform for in-store pickup. While financial terms remained undisclosed, earlier reports estimated the deal's value at up to six billion rubles ($75.7 million).
