Udacity, an online education platform, published its 2026 State of AI at Work report, which found that 91% of leaders refused to replace human teams with AI even if the technology permitted it. The data showed that executives are aiming for a workforce mix containing nearly 20% AI agents, while 49% reported that their AI initiatives generated a profit. The study highlighted that 67% of leaders are prioritizing upskilling current staff over hiring new talent. Of course, the trillion+ dollar question is… were they telling the truth?!
