Sprinklr acquired the assets of ViralMoment, an AI-powered social video intelligence and analytics company, to add video, image, and audio analysis to its Unified Customer Experience Management platform. ViralMoment's video-native AI processes content frame by frame, analyzing visuals, audio, and on-screen text simultaneously rather than relying on transcripts or captions alone, then converts that into structured customer intelligence around trends, creative patterns, and cultural narratives. Sprinklr argued most listening and VoC programs remain text-centric while social engagement has shifted toward short-form video on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, leaving brands blind to signals embedded in visuals and audio. The deal extends Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform into multimodal customer intelligence spanning text, image, audio, and video in a single data layer. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
