ServiceNow agreed to acquire cybersecurity startup Armis for $7.75 billion in cash, paying a significant premium over the $6.1 billion valuation the firm secured in a funding round just last month. The deal preempts CEO Yevgeny Dibrov’s stated plans for a 2026 IPO, instead integrating Armis's critical infrastructure security platform, which boasts $340 million in ARR and 50% year-over-year growth, directly into ServiceNow’s operations management stack. The transaction caps an aggressive M&A spree for the software giant, following its recent purchases of AI agent platform Moveworks for $2.85 billion and identity security firm Veza for $1 billion.
