Rokt has named Sam Dozor as its new Chief Technology Officer. Dozor brings more than 13 years of experience building mParticle, the customer data platform Rokt acquired in 2025, which now forms the backbone of how Rokt clients activate data and deliver real-time decisions. He will lead engineering across the company, including platform infrastructure, developer experience, and security, with a mandate to speed up how quickly new capabilities are built and deployed while making sure the platform scales for global enterprise clients. CEO Bruce Buchanan said the goal is to make Rokt the fastest-building and most technically excellent engineering organization in its category, citing AI's collapsing of experimentation costs and compressing of innovation cycles from quarters to weeks.
